Excellent amenities. Room was clean, spacious with lots of furniture to lounge or put your belongings. Bathroom was very comfortable with even a towel warmer and a clothes line. The restaurant served a fabulous breakfast with the best …

Excellent location! The hotel has character. The room was fine - we needed to sleep 3 and it fit the bill. Entirely too much furniture in the space and it shows its age but it works. If you go into it recognizing it is an older hotel that has been updated along the way then it is good. We had an interior room overlooking a little courtyard so it was extremely quiet. Breakfast was standard and good to start the day. Location can’t be beat - easily walk to everything in Galway.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Central to everything in Galway and walking distance to the Latin Quarter shops and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to drop our bags early so we could make our tour and check in later when we returned. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a wonderful selection and was delicious.
Our only complaint is that we were told parking was included if we had to park in the neighboring lot. We had our parking ticket validated by the staff as instructed, but when we went to exit the lot, it said it wasn't and we needed to pay 15E to exit. We were in a hurry and had no time to go back into the hotel plus we were blocking the exit.
